Terms and Conditions

1. Who Can Use the Site

The site is meant for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. A Free Game With No Prizes

9K Link Rush is free to play. Points, records and “9K runs” are a measure of play only. They are worth nothing in money, cannot change hands through purchase, sale, trade or exchange, and never turn into a prize or a reward. Nothing on the site is for sale.

The game is a skill puzzle. It falls outside the money-game category of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act that India passed in 2025. No fee is charged to play and nothing is offered as winnings.

3. Your Record

Your scores sit in your own browser. If they are wiped there is no copy on our side to bring back, and they may not carry over between browsers, devices or browser updates.

4. Fair Use

• Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it or access parts of it that are not meant to be public.
• Do not copy the site, its artwork or its name to present another service as 9K Club.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Content and Artwork

The game, text, the Niner character and other artwork on 9kclubs.net belong to 9K Club. You may share links to any page and screenshots of your own scores.

6. No Warranty

The site comes as it is. We keep it running and fix mistakes when we find them, but cannot promise unbroken uptime or a bug-free board. As far as Indian law permits, 9K Club accepts no liability for losses linked to a free site that never takes a payment.

7. Other Sites Using a Similar Name

9kclubs.net is independent. We are not responsible for other websites, apps or accounts that use a similar name, and we never ask for money, passwords or OTPs. See the about page for more.

8. Changes and Contact

We may edit these terms from time to time; the refreshed date beside the title marks the current text. Questions go to contact@9kclubs.net or the contact page. Indian law applies to these terms.
